Directions/notes:
Please email or ring for directions - we are between Truro, Redruth and Falmouth. Our labyrinth commands a 60 x 50 foot area, the path laid in bark and scallop shells. The meditative walking journey from the outside to the inside and back takes about 20 minutes to complete. The centre grove is home to a horse chesnut tree surrounded by woven willow. A journey through the transit of the sun, the turning of the earth and the orbit of the moon.
The labyrinth is fairly high maintenance, needs frequent weeding, and the scallop shells need replacing in their lines due to the frequent nocturnal parties held by the rabbits! Come along and experience a weeding meditation... very close to nature!

Address:
Nananu-I-Ra Island

Fiji
view map
Directions/notes:
Fly to Nadi International Airport in Fiji. Travel 90 miles on the King's Road to RakiRaki village. Arrange for small open boat to take you the three miles to Nananu-I-Ra island. Ask any of the natives to show you where to find the labyrinth. See also www.1greatresort.com. The labyrinth is built on a gently sloping lawn on the crest of a hill of a private peninsula surrounded by the blue peaceful tropical ocean. This labyrinth is located in one of the most inviting natural beauty settings for quiet meditation anywhere in the world. The peninsula is called “Sunset Point” where often the late afternoon sky changes to the spectacular colors of red, orange, and gold. Following the custom of removing ones shoes when entering a holy place, the visitor may experience a unique sensation in the center of this labyrinth. There is a large flat stone on which one stands to meditate. This Sunset Point labyrinth was officially opened on 22 May 2004 during the blessing by the Reverend Pastor Temesia Dakui of the RakiRaki Circuit of the Methodist Church of Fiji.
