Turn into the main entrance of Eastern Connecticut State University. Drive past the clock tower to the bottom of the hill. At the stop sign turn right. Go past the field and tennis courts and at the next stop sign turn left. That is Charter Oak. You will go past the first parking garage (Shakespeare). The next parking garage can be used to park (Cervantes). After parking your vehicle exit the garage onto Charter Oak it is directly across the street.
