The labyrinth is located at the Dahlonega Spa Resort which is open to the public unless there is a private function in progress. It is normally fine to just show up and walk the labyrinth, but it would be wise to call ahead so you're not disappointed. The labyrinth is located next to the yoga hall, follow signs.

5-circuit modified Chartres-style, it is composed of numerous edible and fragrant herbs, perennial flowers and shrubs which are labeled for your enjoyment. Some of the herbs are used by our chef. The labyrinth also contains an abundance of Quartz specimens all of which are native to the property. The 7 foot diameter center contains a sunburst design made of flagstone.

The labyrinth is off to the side of a lovely concrete-paved walking trail that runs alongside the Chattahoochee River for 1 mile. You may park behind the Three Rivers (formerly Chatt-Flint) Regional Commission Center building (at 13273 Hwy 34), where the trail begins. Approximately 60 yards into the trail, you will see the labyrinth above you to the left. It is kite-shaped in honor of the electrical experiments of Ben Franklin, our City's namesake. There are benches at the entrance/exit and center of the labyrinth covered in stained glass mosaics portraying some of Ben Franklin's inventions and accomplishments.
