Relatively permanent until University Alaska lands sells or develops gravel pit. Not in immediate future plans.
Directions/notes:
This property is managed by the University of Alaska (Fairbanks), there are trails that connect multiple land owners that have agreed on the
Matanuska Greenbelt Association. We added the Labyrinth in the Gravel Pit that is part of the trail system. It is about quarter mile hike on gravel roads to access from the Farm Trail Head. There is a steep ~300 feet of 13 % grade that made me state it was not wheel chair friendly.
