Directions/notes:
In the winter of 2000/2001 work began on constructing a permanent Cretan Labyrinth on the grounds of the church. Laid out in a natural clearing, canopied by Live Oaks, the labyrinth is 56 feet across and covers an area of almost 2,000 sq. feet. Initially made with ropes and wood stakes, the ropes are gradually being overlaid with stones. Visitors are invited to bring personal stones and place them along the labyrinth path. To access the labyrinth, visitors should enter by the main gate and take the Memorial trail, the start of which is fifty feet to the left of the entrance. The labyrinth is about halfway around the trail.
